Case study: John & Mary's Dream Home Journey

  • What level of protection does a Project Protect NZ Guarantee provide?

    Our guarantees cover 10% of the contract value, up to a maximum of $100,000.

  • When is the Project Protect NZ guarantee released?

    The guarantee is released upon practical completion of the project, issuance of the Council Code of Compliance, or when the project is handed back to the Principal for its intended use—whichever occurs first.
